How do Dixxon flannels fit?
Our flannels are designed with a generous, relaxed fit. We recommend ordering your true size if you prefer a classic look, or sizing down if you want a more tailored fit. Please refer to our size chart for specific chest and length measurements.
Will my flannel shrink in the wash?
No. Our signature D-Tech fabric is a proprietary polyester blend designed to be wrinkle-resistant and shrink-proof. To maintain the life of the garment, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that limited edition releases and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
How often do you release new designs?
We drop new patterns and limited-edition collaborations frequently. Most of our drops are one-time runs, so once a specific flannel sells out, it is typically gone for good.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we have a very small window for changes. Please contact our support team immediately, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has entered our fulfillment system.
